with over four years of coaching EXPERIENCE, she has worked with players ranging from younger beginners to active adults in their 80’s. focusing on building strong fundamentals, strategic shot selection, and helping players translate their skills into real match play.
her coaching emphasizes injury prevention, smart movement, and learning the game the correct way-prioritizing control, patience, and consistency over power.

Michelle Johnson is an experienced classroom educator who combines a strong foundation in teaching with a passion for pickleball. She has provided instruction to players of varying ages and skill levels, helping them develop sound fundamentals, improve their technique, gain confidence on the court and most of all, have fun while playing!
Drawing on her extensive experience as an educator, Michelle is known for her ability to break down complex skills into clear, manageable steps while creating a positive and supportive learning environment. Her instructional approach emphasizes effective communication, skill development, strategic thinking, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
As an active and competitive player, Michelle enjoys the challenge of tournament and brings valuable game experience to her instruction. She incorporates practical match strategies, court positioning, shot selection, and mental aspects of the game into her lessons, helping players translate practice into on-court success.
